Cancellation Policy

We appreciate our clients have busy lives and that this is just one more thing to remember to do however due to the nature of our hairdressing business, when you book an appointment with us we commit the time and skills of our highly trained professionals to take care of your hair.

Late cancellations and clients who fail to turn up to their booking affect us significantly, and so consequently, we have to adhere to a cancellation policy.

If you cancel your appointment 48hrs before you are due to come in we will require a $50 cancellation fee. If you rebook your appointment with us we will add the $50 to your account and it will be classed as a deposit to your next appointment, However If you cancel on the day prior or the day of your booking there will be a non refundable fee of 50% of your appointment cost that will need to be paid prior to booking any future appointments.

We understand that sometimes no matter how much you might be looking forward to your hair appointment, things change. Sickness, work commitments, family obligations can all get in the way. If a crisis occurs we will completely understand that you need to reschedule and will do everything to accommodate.

No Show policy

There are many reasons for not making your appointment and we completely understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We do kindly ask that you get in touch either way so that gives us a chance to fill your space with another client.

All clients will receive a txt message confirming their appointment 4 days prior. If we do not hear from you, we will also call or email your alternative contact to try and get hold of you.

If you no-show to your appointment and or cancel on the day of the booking, there will be a fee of 100% of your appointment cost and we would require you to cover this cost before making your next booking.

Please understand this is something we really don’t want to do to any of our clients and would love for this option to be avoided by simply getting in touch to cancel or postpone your appointment with notice.
